This is a good start. I would suggest you pick up an anatomy book and study it just a little. Its a great source of info and also can be inspiring. I would recommend 'Drawing the Figure and Head' By Jack Hamm. You might want to loosen your pencil strokes a little, concentrate on the drawing as a whole instead of one piece at a time. Anyway it seems like you really enjoy art and I just happened to stumble in. Keep drawing!
