"Ecklectic Fireplace" by Saber Alexander Orion McConnell

So...I was brought into the HP Art Project as a pinch hitter the other day...and asked if I could do a scene from Book 4, Chapter 4. Of course, I said yes...and so here it is!

Arthur, George, Fred, and Ron have come to pick Harry up from the Dursleys' house, but have found the fireplace boarded up, because they have an electric fireplace.

Arthur, fascinated, mispronounces it as "ecklectic", and eagerly blasts the fireplace apart and makes a mess of the living room. The Dursleys aren't entirely pleased.

This is when Ron has just arrived, is confused and slightly alarmed at the odd situation, and asks if something is wrong, Fred, sarcastically, says no, there's nothing wrong, that was exactly where they wanted to end up. The remains of the Floo fire flickers among them.

I was pretty pleased with this picture, though. It took longer than most, mostly because I was working in such a high resolution, but it was a lot of fun to do. (George is going to be sore in the morning, methinks.)
