	Its Gimli in a Alteranate Universe, as a hot bed slave ~_^! Seriously, I don't know what I was thinking when I did this pic, and yes he's wearing nothing but chains. This pic did spark a rather cool round robin on the Axe_Bow site. An AU storyline where Gimli is a slave of the Elves and specifically Prince Legolas.

I've always wondered, whenever I see a picture like this, why people feel inclined to actually seriously interpret the actual book this way, not that you have of course. Friendship among men just isn't what it used to be, eh? I know perfectly well that your pic features no (or little) inspiration drawn from the book, so don't think I'm attacking your artwork! I'm just musing aloud... o_O
