| 20 Jul 2002 | Michael | Hey cool web-site. Right now I am trying to find a web-host until then I do not have a web page for you to look at. I am just asking how do you draw hands? that is the only part of the body I can not draw, every time i try to draw a hand it turns out to look like the fingers are all the same length or they look like they all point in different directions. until later i will keep drawling and making more comments. ^_^ mike   Sadie E. I hope you come back (especially since it took me FOREVER to respond to your comment (sorry!)...who knows if you'll even remember coming to my site ^_^;; )!Well, for hands...I just draw and draw 'till I get it right. I actually end up drawing the same hands quite often, much to my dismay. But, I usually look at my own hands as examples of what to draw, and I try out diffrent positions. I've even drawn hands by themselves in diffrent poses in my spare time (those were some of my favorites, sadly they were just hands so it didn't help with any of my drawings.) Sometimes my fingers seem the same length to me, then I go out of my way to make sure I go back and try to fix it. Also, sometimes they end up looking like they're going in diffrent directions...but sometimes that works (it's more interesting at least) I hope to see some of your drawings someday!
