SciFi and Fantasy Art Pretty Mew by Samantha A. Martin (Element Dragon)

My friends from the Meuu Legions asked me to do this for them...it's a mew to represent their club...umm...kinda like a logo. They wanted a mew that looked like it was using psychic power..so I did this! I have no idea how I did it eaither! I tell you, the program I used to make this was not the average program...it was a nightmare! It was no PhotoDeluxe that was for sure...it took me 3 days and many hairpulling breakdowns! I think the computer just finally took pity on me and gave me these little guy. It wasn't even the effect that I was looking for, but after 3 days and a loss of half a head of hair I wasn't going to complain, besides...I think it looks actually half way decent.
