Makes one look distinctly UNFAAAABULOUS.

First proper illustration of a new character. Ruthusae is an extremely popular politician who is all style and very little substance . . . or so he'd have you believe. His charms have dazzled the populace, but he has very little decisive power, working instead as an essential PR rep for his people's ancient government-like establishment.

Pictured here in a rather more colourful and flamboyant version of his work uniform than is considered standard, Ruthusae has a reputation for being unconventional, eccentric, and a pain in the backside to work with as far as the more senior members of his establishment are concerned. As always, though, there's more to him than meets the eye.
