Christmas gift art for Rachel Beaconsfield. Perhaps not very Christmassy, though - I mean, Shin'tuuk is really the opposite of what you want sinuously climbing down your chimney on Christmas Eve, isn't he? D:

I can't take any credit for the fabulously monstrous and creepy character design - Shinny is all Rachel's X3

There are a lot of good things about this picture, but I like the way the light falls on his body best. You manage to both highlight his muscles and create and atmosphere with the light, both adding to the creepiness. Wonderful!
