Seasons change and the Fae helps them along. Bringing the bright colors and falling leaves. She knows that it won't be long till Winter's Fae kisses everything in a cold frost and ice. Autumn will then sleep till Midsummer, to dance with the fireflies and long growing shadows of autumn sunsets.

 

Done in water color with inked lines. The border added in by Photoshop.

Second comment dance! Let’s see. I like your trees. I see they have tiny souls in them. Those brances would look frightening in the dark but look good with pink colors. You made good leaves. I like the fairy even trough I cannot see her face clearly. Nice outfit and wings. Nice scythe. The hole pic hase a japanese feeling. Like the japanese artist in 1910-1920s...

Nice gentle colours here - like a cooling warmth of the summer giving way to the coming winter. Perhaps the detail can be slightly better composed, but overall this is a very good picture.
