SciFi and Fantasy Art Alice in Wonderland by Elizabeth Lortie


	Just my take on Alice in Wonderland. Im kinda mad at how her face and the Cheshire Cat came out, but other than that Im quite happy with it. I realize that there are a lot of artists doing sketches of AiW and I apologize if anyone sees their ideas used.

The fact is that this pic is like...4x4inches max so it was kinda hard enough drawing it, let alone coloring. 29 Jul 2005	Stefan	Loading... Hehe... anytime. Actually the reason why I didn't comment on all of them was because I was in a need of time that moment. So perhaps I'll do it now... and another explanation was that there was already commented on some of them... then I thought it be stupid to write the same... ^^ (which it would be) Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Well its nice that I have such a fan XD"
8 Oct 2005	Katara Hatake	Loading... Alice in wonderland! Hooray! For a minute I thought she had a knife. lol. My mistake. T_T Anyway... I really enjoy this picture. And the Cheshire cat looks awesome. Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Lol! No knife, just a helpful tree limb ^^ The cats proportions bug me...the tail is thicker than its legs, and the ears make it look like a bat x.x"

10 Jul 2006	Alice Marien Uther Danzig	Loading... ALICE IN WONDERLAND!!! What a wonderful interpretation of Lewis Carroll's excellent book!! As someone who collects copies of AiW, i pay alot of attention to the art in the illustrated ones (of which Arthur Rackham's work stands as among the best, for it's unique style), & the style of this pic makes it stand out quite exceptionally. i'd love to see some drawings by you of Carroll's "Hunting of the Snark" Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Afraid I havent heard that one. Did you see the Cheshire doodle I did? A bit different, but if youre into that stuff then why not, haha. Glad to hear I stand out in the world XD Its a first."
