Tag As FavoriteComment		I normally only do western dragons so this time I decided to try my hand at an eastern one to see what would come of it. Also I figured as long as I was being different Id also try a different color pen, blue in this case, one I dont use often. I think it came out well.

I really like this! The composition is great, how the dragon's all close up and spiralling down. There's really not enough detail on the body though. But that's okay because leaving those details out draws just more attention to the face, which is great. =)

:-) Elizabeth Lortie replies: "I'm not sure wether or not to give the body a pattern. As you say it helps keep the focus on the center object without leaving the body out altogether, but it seems sort of flat. I guess it just depends on if I ever get round to it. And now off to your gallery...."

Vary pritty but to me it still looks kinda western. But it is a vary natral looking blend. Butimiss
