This one was inspired by a painting done by Bob Eggleton (look him up he's amazing) and although my version of the painting is nowhere near as good as the origional, I'm happy with it. Oh, just for referance, the thing in the bottom left side of the ribs is a stake, since theoretically the vampire wouldn't have died from just being hung out to dry, if you will. Yes the stake is on the wrong side leave me alone >.<

HEY! MY NAMES'S KATHERINE! ^-^ I like skeletons, they make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside but, don't be mean to the vamps!

:-) Elizabeth Lortie replies: "This is a once in a lifetime for me. I am pro vamp all the way. I just got the idea stuck in my head. Ideas for me are like songs: once you get them stuck in your head the only way to get rid of it is to listen to the song over and over and over. Instead of music, the only way to get rid of ideas is to put them on paper."

Haha this is awesome!

You've definitely got a talent for the watercolours. I really love its expression. Great job!

:-) Elizabeth Lortie replies: "I didnt know a skull could have expression... 14 Thanks for commenting!"

Really cool picture. I love how you use watercolours an I must admit that I am a teensy bit jelaus of your talent.

And between you and me, I happen to know that vampires have their heart at the right side of their chests...

:-) Elizabeth Lortie replies: "It has been debated for centuries, as for me, I know its in the chest somewhere and that the stake would have hit it. Just a teensy bit eh? 10"

lol nice pic, who cares if people go all "ape" on the fact that the steak(...lol) is in the right section of his ribcage? i don’t there could be ANY NUMBER of reasons it is...SO THERE! heh you really have an excellent talent with water color. when i try it it comes out looking like a blob eating another blob with amnesia(ya thats right)....when the actual pic is soppose to be a bird in a nest in a tree!! point is, you are really good at what you do! yay for you!

The stake is not in the wrong place. There are people with the heart on the right-hand side. I am one 1 Great picture, I especially love the coloring of the wood.

i think that you did an amazing job on this. don’t care on where the stake is placed-still very good. for some reason i like the skeletal pictures of other animals and creatures. the perspective is cool to see. also like the touch of blood that you left on the teeth-great touch!! wonderful picture!!

Pretty cool! But the stake needs to be in the OTHER side of the chest because a human heart is on the LEFT not the right or the center. Otherwise, great pic!
