Tag As FavoriteComment		This is a fairy cat that Ive painted for a friend whos always loved cats. (Happy Xmas KC!!!). I finished the cat and the wings and was wondering what to do for the background when I realized 1) it wasnt very "Xmasy" and 2) green was the only color I hadnt used yet so the background is now green with red and white dots ^_^ Just one more addition to my watercolor colection.

I LUV it!! ha ha 2! It's beautiful and colorful and I like all the little dots. =] The wing / blanket-y thing is really cool. I really like the whiskers, too. Yea! I adore the awesome kitty. Thanks so much for painting me a picture!!!

And its a FAIRY, those are WINGS. DUR lol jk. Painting keeps me busy, thats one reason I do it. but unlike some other hobbies, I can give people my paintings, make them happy. A DEFINITE bonus ^_____^ (ps 2 birds, OMG TIFF AND LISA!!! XD)"

Kitty has a cool batik feel. Lovely colors, nice job on the siamese. Cats are hard to capture in art. Congrats, SC!

:-) Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Its not supposed to be Siamese (theyre bicolored)its a cat called a Ragdoll(tricolored). Really glad you like it though! And yes, cats are VERY hard to get right. But then again what isnt?"

HI this is Katie's friend from school in Tucson! I like this picture very much--very elating! but not a huge fan of the creepy gothicish ones.

lol WOW. these comments or to be treasured....at a distance....lol. once again you pulled off a great water color picture! i was wandering what breed of cat that was, i knew it wasn’t Siamese because i had one.....he died 6 months ago...sniff......SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB

Actually, my little Sweet Girl is a Snowshoe, not a Siamese. I mean, a Snowshoe is a cross- breed between a Siamese and an American Shorthair. Which your picture looks like a Snowshoe, which is why it reminded me of Sweet Girl. 2
