And whats wrong with the wings? unless they folded up into null space when the creture didn't want them then they would have to fold like that. (sorry bout any spelling mistakes) Elizabeth Lortie replies: "I fixed the wings, they look much better now."

| 9 Aug 2005 | Khelekriel | Loading...This a beautiful picture, horses are incredibly hard to draw, i think you did well with this, and the shading makes it look like he has fur, i suppose you ran out of paper with the wings, they dont look bad though. Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Horses are hard. But again, what isnt? Im glad you noticed the fuzzy texture, thats what I was going for. I recently sent in the update for the redone wings, they it should be up sometime this week or next. Also, sorry bout the delayed response ^^;" | |

Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Well art is a reflection of the artists thoughts and feelings, so when people see my "freakshow" (aka sketchbook) and call me psycho, I dont contradict them. Have you ever noticed that all the good artists are either potheads or psychopaths? Erm...Im not on drugs....>.>;"

You can see them, thats what matters ^^ I think shed go well in your "herd" of horse drawings =) She looks like she could use some buddies."

You got the proportions and stuff right. Are you ever gonna color it in? I would love to see this in color!!! I have no problem with the fact it's crying (?)... I think it's better to have a sad unicorn/pegasus/whatever than a fluffy puffy stupid one. This is much more realistic! Elizabeth Lortie replies: "This is a standard issue white pegacorn. Its not supposed to have color!!! Rawr! Besides, its sad. Color would take away from that...dark...desolate...sad feeling. Or something."
| 14 Oct 2007 | Renate Brecht Jongbloets | Loading...Aww very cute! I want to hug him!! The angle of the wings looks a bit odd, though. It's really adorable. Elizabeth Lortie replies: "You think this angle is weird? You should have seen my first pass at the wings. They were straight up in the air and looked terrible... I hadnt meant to make him huggable but if you insist, he could probably use a hug!" | |
