This a beautiful picture, horses are incredibly hard to draw, i think you did well with this, and the shading makes it look like he has fur, i suppose you ran out of paper with the wings, they dont look bad though. You got the proportions and stuff right. Are you ever gonna color it in? I would love to see this in color!!!  I have no problem with the fact it's crying (?)...
