	An angel I did for the same friend as the Fairy. I was going to color it but...well...we got in a bit of a fight and I never really got around to finishing it. Person, you know who you are, I hope you like it.

3 Nov 2005	Katie c from AZ	Loading... It's beautiful! I really like it. I like the wings - of course - and the tree. Trees are just beautiful. Also, this work seems to be drawn a little drifferently than most of your others. It seems (to me) a little more rounded at the edges and ... i dunno, just different. Do you have an explanation? Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Well now that you mention it (I never really thought about it) it is less jagged than most of the things I do. I wanted this one to be calmer, if you will, not so monsterous as my others haha. Good spotting though Ill give you that. Leave it to KC"

Elizabeth Lortie replies: "Proportions? Hm. Owell. What call? Hey glad you had fun in Cabo! ^^ We still need to figure out who to drag along next year...FRIGATES!"

Don't colour it; it captures much more of a desolate quality this way, and desolation is so hard to capture in art. i love this piece - one of your more forlorn pictures, & it stands out so well as it is. Elizabeth Lortie replies: "I wasnt planning on doing anything more with it. The only reason I would have was to show the mourning dove wings not the standard white ones. Im not coloring it because Im currently not speaking with the one I drew it for... Idk about you but my favorite part is the tree... The roots grasping for a good hold but only making the rock crumble beneath them. (ocourse that got cut off when I scanned it -_-)"
