He seemed a continuation of the stone, carved in bloody tones of red and black. His face hidden under a mantle of shadow still exuded a nonchalant expression that seeped like an ichor into the rest of his body. I stood and stared for a moments, believing for a mere second that I had stumbled upon a handsome gargoyle, a flight of fancy of some long-dead sculptor.

Suddenly he lifted his head and I glimpsed the lower half of that chiselled face.

Ah, the inspiration of gothic churches.... THIS IS NOT ALUCARD! I have never seen or read anything to do with the man, it was pointed out to me that people might mistake this drawing for him. Any commenters that say 'oooh, he looks like Alucard' will be shot on site. You have been warned...

I can't draw to save my life but I write and you have such lovely settings. I promise not to touch your characters, but I may steal the church here. And the sword. And those boots.... if they go missing they're in my closet.

He does look like a vapire though, that was my first though (could have something to do with the gothic feel of the picture)! It's very nice, I really like it! Nice little details too!

3 Oct 2008	Eliante	Loading... The only reason people mistake him for Alucard is he is wearing a red coat and a wideish brimmed hat. His attitude is nothing like that of Alucard as is obvious by his seamingly nonchalant stance and downcast gaze. This is a wonderfully detailed picture and his obvious prowess is well defined wothout being overbearing. My compliments to the artist, I simply adore most of your work.
