If all suns died their final deaths
And tomorrow falters on her true path
If light fell prey to dark's foul breath
We stand in stone,
the aftermath

To have your fire surround my soul
Would gift new life to deadened air
My heart should soar, my spirit whole
To be as one,
To feel you there

It's also very pleasant to see wings of a size where I believe the owner of said wings really could fly. (too-small-wings is a pet-peeve of mine, especially when applied to pegasus. Angels though...I tend to pass over the peeve when it comes to them, lol)
