"killer of demons" by Sam ´Zephyri´ Hogg

Well, I can't say I haven't seen this before. The half-vampire vimpire hunter, only this guy isn't a half-demon from the looks of it. The artwork is fantastic and I can see why in that other comment about the problem with is weapon. Unique, yes, but having to spin around and what not would put him at a disadvantage. Over all, well done.

2 things:
1)He has a scythe...SO COOL! Scythes are awesome. If I was a roaming warrior lady person & could actually fight, I would choose a scythe for a main weapon. Not only do they look cool, but they also have symbolism. I mean Death carries one. How intimadating can that be?!

2)He's hot! Is he single?

Sam 'Zephyri' Hogg replies: "oh yes, scythes are cool. I remeber seeing the woman from Die Hard with a vengeance using a little one, like a sickle, thinking that was a terrific way to kill someone. Ooh, I must draw a character with two of those... *ahem* my homicdal tendancies out of the way, I thank you for the comment. And single? probably, though I don't think you'd want him as a bed companion... *grin*"

luv da picture of da demon! Demons r kool but i still go with the elves. balrogs r kool as well but i think ya a better artist then mahw. only one thing, the scythes kool but it would look better if it were like the one in warcraft 3 if ya know what im talkin about. the im thinken about is kinda like a scythe, theres a handle in the middle but its not a stick just a handle u grab horazontal (bad spelling i know) and then it has a scythe coming out of each side of da handle. e-mail me and ill draw a rough if ya dont know what i mean. but in any ways kool pic im only good at drawing elf maids, warriors any thing elvish even da weapons.bye

Sam 'Zephyri' Hogg replies: "I think I see what you're getting at with the weapon, though I'd designed this so it could be jutted as well, kind of like a bayonet. And everyone has their strengths, if it's anything elven, kudos to you, I love elvish stuff!"

i disagree with any of the weapon comments its obvious you were goign for style and composition other than realistic battle weapons, if you could have added in the rest of the weapon on the right it woud have fully ballanced the composition which it seems like you were doing, witht he moon and the stone with the blades in it. even the clouds over the moon help balance the picture. it would have just tightennd the picture almost perfectly to have that weapon end in. Great job exelent work you truely deserve the attention your getting here, how big is this drawing? maybe you could update that or let me know in your responce. great work, if you got the time mayve you could email me some details of the picture id like to see some of your ink work. Again great effort and time put in. nice to see that

Cool picture. The scythe is extremely cool, and would probably cause that whole 'death' thing. Question: Is that symbol on the pole behind him the symbol of the Masons?

I can see shades of Luce in this guy's design. What a promising concept. I like it that he cannot tell a lie...kind of like a demonic George Washington?

I love all of his weaponry too. I can think of tons of gadgets for this guy to have. *gears start to turn*
