I have the same problems, handsesssss!!!! Yet you complain? I my pictures thier usually hidden (hehe!) GRRRREat!

You mentioned having problems with hands.....here's a little tip I got from one of my Fine Arts Professors - "Think of the hands as 6 boxes: The Palm, the upper part of the 4 fingers(1 box), the middle part, and the end of the 4 fingers, then two boxes for the thumb (base and end). Then go in and use shading to define each of the fingers/joints/etc. on the hand, start light and get darker as needed."
(helped me mainly get the pose, which seems to be what is a little off in your drawings, also a good anatomy book will help with the slight discrepencies on the torsos.)

Just a little word of warning about those relations in body parts, forshortening (stuff comin at you or away) basically forces you to throw those out the window. You'll get it down with practice, just look at real people and continually draw your problem areas from them until you get them to how you like them (multiple poses of course). And just use your experience from that to help you feel your way around the tough zones.

Hey, Samantha, I just wanted to congratulate you on you work. I am also fourteen and have been drawing my whole life. Sometimes I get stuck, drawing, like right now, which is why I came to this website, to get some ideas. Once I get an idea...I'm off, and I'll work for hours and hours on end...my point is, thanks!!
