Phew! I finally present to you...the coloured version!!!! It took way too long getting round to colouring this but when i finally did i decided to really try for once, instead of my ususal 'colour it and see how it turns out' method! Obsidian Dawn brush tools were a great help with the snow and to give it that extra touch of magic. So, here they are, Snow (big male) and Frost (smaller but no less dangerous female), a pair of gryphons commisioned by my sister...hope you all like them, but i warn you, tread carefully!

OMGOMGOMG!!!!!!! Thank you so SOOOOO much to my moderator!!!!! I can't believe it, my first mod's choice!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! WHOOP!!!!!!! That so made up for a rotten day!

First of all, congrats on the MC! Your reaction was pretty much the same I had when I got my first one too XD
Anyway, beautiful gryphons! I love the soft colors on this and how you’ve kept it fairly simple and yet detailed at the same time.
And the feathers, those are just gorgeous!

This is lovely! I like the way the male griffin’s anatomy is only suggested. Even though all I can see is the bird head, I can understand he is a griffin, and he is sitting like a cat with four legs, just by the shape of his back.
