I never really liked this pic, but it's got a bit of interest for me now. At the end of the last school year, I gave out pictures to people I'd never see again, let them pick from my collection, and someone picked this. Why? He could have had one of the much nicer ones, but he wanted this one. So now I look at the scan on my computer and wonder, what did he see in it that I missed?

Very very cute. Can't believe anyone hasn't left a comment on this. Nice coloring job. Nice drawing. Er, actually they have. We in Christy-land had some slight technical difficulties due to files having the same name and me being generally stupid, and this got switched with the "Through the Window" pic, so that all of it's comments are now over there. I ought to fix it, but it took me forver to figure out what I'd done wrong just to get this one back up after I accidentally deleted it, so I figure I ought to just leave things alone and not make matters worse...

Very cute indeed... ^_^...
A very pretty, ageless girl (she could be a lil' girl, a teenager or a young woman, what I like a lot, adds up to the strength of the picture and it's mystery)
There's just one remark...the details on the girl and the window are stunning, and very realistic, but behind the girl there's a big blue background, and I miss something there...
But that's me being a nag..it's a super drawing!!!!

This is great! It has a child like innocence about it. It's like a little kid looking up at the sky and wondering if Santa will come. Or what the stars mean. It's just pure wonder and longing.

I may be wrong, I've never met the guy, but is it possible that he sees you missing him?

The first thing I said when I saw this piece was "stunning". She's just so carefully sculpted and shaded, and what a contemplative look! Everything just seems in place. Incredible.

Maybe he sees you when he looks at the picture?

The picture is sweet and sensitive. However, on a humerous side, Rapunzel after a haircut - Why don’t the princes visit me anymore? Did they only love me for my hair? Ami I not the same no matter what the length of my hair? Can’t they bring their own ladders?
