| 8 Jan 2010 | Touba Guerroumi | Loading...Hey, what does "Team Edward" mean? Looks familiar, but I can’t really place it. Sarah Cone replies: ""Team Edward" is a Twilight Saga thing. People say they are "Team ___" depending on their favorite characters from the books. The two main teams are Team Edward and Team Jacob. Have you read the books/ seen the Twilight movie(s)?" | |
| 18 Jan 2010 | Touba Guerroumi | Loading...Ah, that explains it. Well, in the name of all honesty I can’t really say that I’m a fan of Twilight; I started reading the first book, but didn’t really finish it since I kept snickering at the wrong things. In a way I can really understand how the book became such a succes, it is however, not my type of biscuit. Apart from Twilight, is there any other book that you read and really liked? I mean, we had this one group of girls in my old class that were huge Twilight fans, but I don’t remember them ever reading any other books other that what we had to for different classes. Sarah Cone replies: "I know that kind of girl. I have a group of them in my school, too. No, I’ve read loads of other books: Phantom of the Opera, Frankenstine, all of the Harry Potter-s, and my latest (non-Twi) favorite is Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. It is great. Do you have any favorite books?" | |

| 25 Jan 2010 | Touba Guerroumi | Loading...Wow, the million dollar question. I like reading fairy tales and comics slightly more than other things, but I’ve read too many books to say that I have any favorites. If I have a day off I can start and finish off a book on approximatly 800 pages that day, so you can probably imagine that I’ve read more stories than I care too remember. Now I loved Phantom of the Opera and also Mary Shelley’s story about Frankenstein and his "monster", but Harry Potter... I liked the first books, but I think it’s because I was young when I read them and when I got older it just wasn’t as much fun reading the other ones. Have you read Dracula by the way? Something I really liked was how the main characters simply said that vampires was unholy creatures and that the victim’s innocent soul only could be saved by killing either the vampire after the transormation, or Dracula if there still was some time left. Very simple logic and it was confirmed by the vampires weakness to christian related objects. Hmm... | |
