| 11 Jun 2005 | Josephine Josephinea197@tal | Loading...I came to your pictures and this place on internet through a comment on webblogg in "vennegoors" blogg, leading to "stillme" bloggi (Fanny) where a comment and one of your drawings was publiziced 18th of May. How come you are doing an education to become a forester, when you are so good at drawing? or is it like me and my music - drawing is a hobby, working with would take away the joy? I like your pictures very much! Keep up the good work cu! Josephine (the Swedish giraf from Småländska höglandet) Sara M Osth replies: "Now, isn't internet a wonderful thing? I really like to be told how people found their way here, it's always equally fascinating. And as for my education, I think you're about right: it would take away the fun, for a start, and I don't have the ambitions and talent to make it my living. Besides, this way I can draw whatever I like. But I always appreciate when people like what I'm doing. Thanks again!" | |
| 20 Aug 2005 | Emmelie Nordström | Loading...Well hello! I just found some time to sit down and take it easy, so I thought I would stop by and look at your paintings. And I have one word for you, wow! They are fantastic! Absolutely fantastic! Sara M Osth replies: "Thank you very much! I'll be back in your gallery every now and then, in order not to miss updates!" | |
| 1 Sep 2005 | Christopher A Malidore | Loading...My apologies for the late visit. Times are rough. With that aside though I wanted to pop by and see what sorts of work you have. I'm very fond of the water color work, you have a firm control of design and flow - although anatomy in some places gets dodgy. I don't have any set one critique for you any more than just the standard "keep hitting it". I know it's cliche but it's true - the more you keep practicing the more you will refine what you already know. Keep up the good work, I really like what you have . | |
| 17 Sep 2005 | Johanna 'Jojjon' Nyberg | Loading...I have stopped by here many times, but I don't think I have ever put a comment here... Hmmm... Well, I really like your style anyway, and I really look forward to see more of your pictures, keep up the good work! | |
| 22 Oct 2005 | Wiik Tavalin | Loading...Well? Sara M Osth replies: "What? Didn't I tell you? Well, my version of our beloved dandy wasn't considered fantasy. Hence, he was more or less the reason why I now have a gallery at much less userfriendly deviantART. Link in my bio!" | |

| 24 Jan 2007 | Patrik | Loading...Just passing by. I was in the neighbourhood, so... Well, I am in here in a regular basis, but that's not the point... *pulls himself together* Ahem. I enjoy looking at what you produce and always look forward to what comes up next. Keep it up, Sara. Woho. I actually pulled myself together and wrote a comment! Sara M Osth replies: "Thanks. Cookie for you, as always." | |
| 8 Feb 2008 | Cinaed | Loading...Viewing these pictures really brought back memories from older days when i played Cinaed on syskonskapet. Good old memories. Almost so i wish to go back to play again, but other duties calls.
Hope you update more pictures since you seem to have the "gene" for drawing, which i hope will not be wasted. Sara M Osth replies: "Oh, a ghost from the old days. Glad to see you’re still around. I have to admit I play a lot less frequently at Syskonskapet nowadays, too. This "having a life"-business is really a bad thing. Shev’s married by now. I wish I could say she holds Cinaed in fond memory, but alas... *grins*"
| 16 Jan 2012 | Anton Ehn | Loading...Hello Sara! I browsed through your galley yesterday and I saw a lot of pieces that I really enjoyed. I particularly like your sense of anatomy, which is very good, and you also have a good perspective and action in your drawings. I really adore your Calligraphy and "medieval artwork", they are stunning. I’d love to learn how you do them! //Anton Sara M Osth replies: "Thank you very much! I’m glad some of my old stuff still has its values.
As for the calligraphy, I’ve never been a good calligrapher per se - I’m lefthanded, and too lazy to do it properly, so I mostly copy what I see in a font. As for the illuminations, it’s mostly about patience "
