Amala'tiera's words made Tianna drift into thought, but the captain's words quickly brought her back to reality. A stunning raven, whose feathers were very much like the color of his mistress’s long flowing hair, sat upon her right shoulder. When no one spoke, Tianna muttered something to the bird under her breath, and the raven hopped from her shoulder to the back of the tall chair.

Tianna gracefully lifted herself from her seat and stood in front of the group with a commanding presence. In a soft, but intense voice, she spoke, "My name is Tianna Asir'Nu, friend of Amala'tiera Aleanurdrenn, daughter of the Prince. I was brought up by my mentor, Nasel'har Ansretlln, and was taught the gift of enchantment. I am here to lend my services in the fight against this unknown evil.”

With one last swift glance at the group, and a reassuring throaty squawk from Korlian, she set herself back in her chair, absent mindedly stroking her feathered friend who had once again reclaimed his place upon her shoulder.
