And here´s another page from my DIN A5 sketchbook. The portrait of my 7th character- a demon hunter with his dracheneisen boots and sword. One of my better coloured pictures. :)

Great colors in this piece. I really like the expression on his face, and his hair is very well done. Great work on the clothing as well.

I think thiS PIcture is very good.the only problem is he seems a bit short for himself, although it might be the fact his jacket seems SO big for him.^-^ I really like his face and hair and the detail on him(especially his clothing)is wonderful

Pösen? Is that a swedish/finnish/german name?

1 Andy Scheffer replies: "since it´s a region in eisen, set in the world of 7th sea, i suppose it should be german. "

The whold picture is great, but OH THOSE EYES. They make you wonder what he is thinking, what is going through is mind. Thanks for sharing.

This is not only a great picture, it is even better if one realizes the paper size on which you managed to draw with such amazing detail.

2 Andy Scheffer replies: "thanx! but as you see most of my pictures are drawn on DIN A5 paper. only a few pencil pictures are on A4 and some coloured are little bigger than A4. but i usually use small pieces of paper... one day i´m trying stamp-sized pictures. 12"

Yeah, the colouring's nice. What is it? Coloured pencils? I like how you got his armour to be shiny, and the plaid pants are a nice touch.

2 Andy Scheffer replies: "thanx... yeah, it´s coloured pencils but i mixed it up with watercolour-pencils. "

Oye, I think your gallery is one of the few I've looked at every single picture and liked them! But this, I think, is my favorite. I adore your black and white but your use of color to create metals (w/out a metal color) is truly admirable. And this just shows off your personal style the best! The detail, the anatomy, the...well everything. **sigh**

The legs on this one are too short. The arms when extended down should reach mid thigh, here they reach to the knee.

I don't know.. maybe it's me.. but I can't see anything wrong with any of your pics.. it's like being in love.. everything looks perfect! So I'm sorry that I have no criticism.. 2 He has great expression.. and again I can see a real living character! Wow!
