	This little picture was drawn as book illustration as little ornament for a page some years ago, but I still like it for its composition. I like the sweet stubborn look of the little chick, which is part of our gryphon and phoenix universe.

I like the idea of the gryphon chick in a field of flowers also, looking curiously into the sky if mom or dad will come back! The little gryphon came out perfectly, the only think what could need a little work at your gryphons are the beaks, but thats okay, since the rest is alwas that charming. Don't say you can't draw gryphons. you really can!!! I love the curled tail, as well! Of course one of my favourites of your pics!
