	This is probably my favorate watercolor to date. She's Maria-hime (Princess Maria for those of you non-Japanese speakers) and the sword and round, green gems are all part of some story of hers that I have yet to figure out.

Schiffer replies: "Thanks Joanna! That's a style that I picked up entirely from Anime (mostly from Utena I think). I like how it gives faces a more dramatic (than realistic) feel. "

I agree with the previous comment, the only thing I could say is that maybe the hands are a little small...but very nice colour, good eyes and detail. Eva N. Schiffer replies: "Thanks Catherine! Yea, if I was ever to do this picture again (which isn't that likely) the head would get smaller, the hands would get larger, and the sword would be far more realistic. (Ah the sword... it shames me so...)"

16 Jul 2003	Anonymous	Loading... I'm thinking the breasts are a little weird... In a bad way. Uh.... But the rest me like muchly. U have sum talent w/ the watercolor pencils.... I hate those things. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Eva N. Schiffer replies: "Heh, so you'd be talking about the "Masks..." picture then? The anatomy in that one is rather wonky, but it was really the face I wanted to look real."
10 Nov 2003	Michelle A. Pugliese	Loading... ooOOOooo you certainly do like those gradients. i have never tried watercolor pencils but they look like alot of un ^_^ her hair is what i like the best. its so awesome! her eyes and face shape are good too. lovely lovely.^_^
