This is Jaden Korr (the blue Twi'lek on the right) fighting against Alora (the red one on the left). They're from the Video game Star Wars Jedi Knight - Jedi Academy.  Jaden is the player's character (though you can choose between different races, genders and skin tones), while Alora is the main antagonist's right-hand-woman.
