| 28 May 2000 | Paul Ruggaber | Loading...By releif print do you mean a monoprint? where you take a piece of lino (tile) and carve out the areas you want white, then you take a roller, roll it in black ink and roll it over the tile. That leaves the area you carved out white and the rest black. Then you place a piece of...well..anything you want (news print or coated paper work best) and rubber or press the paper. When you remove the paper you get the final result (IE: your picture. Am I correct? If so, that would answer The Great Bobster's question. And if I am correct this is a truly excellent piece and very well made. | |
