	This is one of my first L5R characters with his wife, formerly Isawa Oroko of the Phoenix Clan.

Very good, never give up, the way you can give life to the my ancestors, through art, is trully unbeliveable.. 7 Oct 2001	HaLuseInogen	Loading... First off, excellent work, just like all of them. I'm a HUGE fan of the game (and the CCG...yeah, yeah). I just wanted to settle something regarding this one...the mon on his sleeve. Dragon, right? It's that or Scorpion, which there are a lot of in this gallery (Honorless dogs. The Matsu await their moment.), but at that angle and detail, I'd imagine the Scorpion mon would look a little more...cluttered. Actually, the mon is neither. It is a Mongoose mon, a personal symbol Ketsudo (the man the picture) used and later the mon of the Mongoose Clan, which he founded during the course of the game.

1 Jul 2002	Lyndell Stout	Loading... For some reason this brought Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon to mind. Its not that the characters resemble those from the movie because they do not but something about their embrace triggered that response in my brain.

15 Aug 2002	Doji Neriko	Loading... Now this is a true work of art. The steadfastness of both the couple's gazes is a nice touch. Only the bravest and wisest can balance both Love and Duty. The shading on the outfits is wonderful. I only wish my skill was up to this standard. I still haven not been able to do a decent face yet...

9 Mar 2006	Isawa Nazomitsu	Loading... They both look very strong, and yet the softness of their embrace says a lot about their love for each other. I hope their story has a happy ending...
28 Jun 2006	Osuke	Loading... To me this man looks like he is very discontented with something. Or like he is planning something in his mind...he embraces his wife but doesn't seem to really notice her. He seems absent, hard and occupied...Even "evilish" in a way. Conclusion: the expression on his face is fantastic! Gives me something to be impressed about. Beautiful picture!;-) Sean C. Riley replies: "Not quite what I was going for, but I can see it!
