Good eye. Legend of the Five Rings, though primarily taken from Japanese myths, has a touch of Chinese mythology mixed in. In particular, the Dragon Clan have some heavy Chinese influence. -SCR

In Specific: No, the arm's are indeed perfect for the size of the body. I think maybe the head is just a little too big (for all the critics of the arm length) and thats what makes it look off. Still a beautiful work.
On Dragons: Its gorgeous, as is all your work *smile* The main difference between Japanese and Chinese dragons is the style. If you've ever seen Dragon Ball Z or the like, thats more Japanses, where Chinese have are a bit more ferocious, have square-er heads and usually (but not always) smoke from their nostrils.

You may use the dragon, but only if: A) the comic is non-profit, I receive proper credit, and C) I get to see the comic when its done! "
