I took this one into Photoshop and colored it. I like the results, except for the 'aura' around her hair. I'll get rid of that eventually, but for now its too much a pain in the backside.

ooooowwww.. thank you sean!
while the breast were slightly larger then realistic... it's an excellent piece and shows real talent.... mr. Mythril's comment was most uncalled for and rude.

Hm... I prefer the black and white myself... but both are very nicely done. As for the comment about the breasts being too big for realistic... mine are about like so, and naturally too. Heh. (Yep, I'm bragging. Don't mind me.)

Maybe I live in an alternate dimention where women somehow develope breasts. The lion's share of posts on women with breasts that I've seen have said "her breasts are too big" or "her breasts are unrealistic" but in the world I live in women with large breasts are everywhere. The problem seems to be that they're growing them too soon and they're looking 19 at age 12. Very wrong.

I like this better than the black and white. The eyes are so striking. The green in her left eye has bled into the "white" of the eye, but I think it only makes it more appealing.

wow!! I've been looking at artwork all day to try to find pictures that look or resemble how I picture characters in the stories I write and this one has come close to how I picture my character in my story (about 10 years older from her age in the story). Great work!! I wish I could draw but I just haven't had any classes...I used to paint(check out my website) and if you read the stories SORRY for the BAAAD Typos(Visions should have nearly none though). I love all of your work!!

I finally checked out your work, Sean. Wonderful stuff! (And I thought that you were merely an RPG genius...)
Yep, the picture is beautiful. The woman, ditto. The breasts, ditto too, though I do wish it (um, or they)didn't have to be a friggin' issue. Personally, if I wanted to be offended by this piece, I'd pick on the subtly phallic hilt and its suggestive position. Let's all focus on that now, shall we? (You're welcome, Sean. 12)

:-) Sean C. Riley replies: "You bastard! 10

Thanks for the kind words, Beyonder. I hope you'll come back, as I should hopefully have some new work up soon (after about TWO YEARS of posting nothing!). "

Hey man...your art is amazing. And to Mythril_Darkwhatever...it IS art. I imaging that her criticism is simply that of a jealous fat girl.

...but everyone should keep in mind this is a fantasy piece after all and not a photo of a human being...If you want them a certain way, go draw them yourself. While it may be unsual for a thin girl in reality nowadays to have a small chest, that doesn't go to say they all have to fit with their body because that just isn't the way it goes and if they aren't they are fake if you're just so stuck to life and its limitations. To Jason, the problem isn't that they grow them too soon...For heaven's sake, we can't choose when we get them; it's more what younger girls are being exposed to and what they're lead into believing they should be like to get attention. As for her blade...I don't see anything with it's position, but that may just be because I'm used to cracks of those manner being more blunt and openly displayed; it'd be different say if you'd placed it between her breasts with her hands grasping down across it's sheath. Back to the predatory stance, I'm afraid that if she were real and I tried to steal a glove, she'd slice a finger off at least, seeing she looks ready enough for a little fight 2 I wish I could see the detail on it more closely; your work on the reflection of light and shadows on the gold is very nice. Since I don't have much time on anymore, I have to cut it here aside from not being able to think of anything else...other than I'm sorry for rambling on, but in total this is a great piece. I'll be book-marking so I can come to look at the rest, and even if it does take a long time (hehe I'm the same way ^^-), please do keep drawing!!

:-) Sean C. Riley replies: "Wow! What a response! 2I'm glad this piece struck you so much that it inspired ALL of that. You're right about the color of the gloves. I'm not happy with it. But this was one of my first coloring jobs, so I was still experimenting. As for her breasts, people are too picky. Everyone seems to have their favorite "look" for breasts and thinks that all breasts look like that. Your comment about this not being a photo is ironic...because it was drawn from a photo. The breasts are real, and they DO look like that in reality. Anyhow, thanks for all the comments. I hope you enjoy the rest of the gallery! 2"

I'm so glad to read that you don't (seem) to let these ridiculous comments get to you along with the bit on the front page about what's indefinitely right and wrong - and if they do at any a moment, they shouldn't because they're all...well, something I can't and shouldn't be saying anyway. 10 Now, onto your gorgeous lady here...I know you said you don't like the 'aura' around her hair, but it gives it a sort of mystical, dreamy feel, like she's part of some weary traveler's imagination in a (green xD) fog. I can't help but wonder what she'd look like with a little more definition in the strands and lights, but that may just be my screen since I've seen colors skewed between my own and the other one I have at home. Her gloves are distracting to me, but I'm just letting my dislike for bright/pink hued colors get in the way; the shading on the gloves however is excellent and I can imagine the texture of the gloves. If I were desperately in need of a pair and willing to wear pink, I might just attempt to reach out and steal them. 12 Her body and its position is very nice, sort of reminiscent to me of so many vixens in movies luring in that unlucky sap...and I especially like the fact that you didn't give her a huge six pack with flailing arms (or vice versa) but that she does have some definition. I'm sure you're tired of this subject now, but my two cents on her chest...I do not find bare bodies offensive just being the way I am (maybe just around guys too often?), so there's no issue there with me. Those who say they are fake...well, I do take THAT to offense as I am only 17, and were I angry enough with no arms or legs with which to beat one of you for being so idiotic, I could probably suffocate you with only one. AHEM. An incredidly inappropriate comment that I apologize for placing on your page here, but most likely the truth...<< They may rise a bit more than might seem realistic and that might just be what is setting everything off because they are in truth not as large as another artist could make them...
