After a counselling session (8 years ago), I was inspired to draw one of the 'inner personalities' that I recognised in myself. One of these I called Jack and the picture I drew was very similar to the one above. He is my anger, vengence, mischief, and male sexuallity all wrapped in one package! I also wrote a poem called 'Monster in My Head' that described him well...

...There he stood, one hand on proud phallus,
The other clutching knife as his face grinned with malice,
He was my male potency turned black,
For years held back by Mother's shame and blame,
He was her Nemesis, a synthesis of past abuse,
And his mouth locked rigid, screamed to accuse...
