Here is my latest work (as of september 2005) I was inspired by the movie Pirates of the Caribbean. Jack Sparrow was the cute one.. but It was not the one who drew my artistic attention the most. That would have been Barbossa played marvalously by Geoffrey Rush. I didn't want to copy that but wanted to convey the same feeling he radiated. Not quite evil but a strong character with an mean streak. The clothes seemed to take forever to make, but I think it was worth it. In my opinion the best clothes I have made so far. Especially the blouse and headdress were distasters to make, but turned out just like I wanted it. The coat is a replica of a 16th century gentleman's coat which I found fitting for a pirate captain like this one. There is just one thing missing... can't keep calling him pirate all his life now can we. So if anyone has some suggestions how to name him... please, please let me know. For some alternative views/pictures see elswhere in my gallery.

AAHHH! It reminds me of that creepy scene at the beginning of Muppet Treasure Island. ( I was only 8 when i saw it so i was very creeped out) Its an amazing piece and i can imagine why the clothes took so long, they are beautiful.

I've seen this piece a dozen times, and every time I'm in even more awe! You inspire me to add sculpting to my long list of "favorite art mediums". *grin*

Captian Groaska Shadowmoor (pronouced "Grohska")most often refered to as merely "The Shadowmoor".

This is a superb piece of craftsmanship. Do you sell your pieces?

Wonderful work! I'm looking at all these sculptures for the first time and each one makes my smile wider. Love the teeth! Suggestion for a name: Captain Balthazar.

I just love your work!
On the name giving... Its spelled Sigmund Freud. (I believe he's swiss) And that name would be perfect if he had Mother issues.
