My character in an upcoming superhero roleplaying game. In her youth, she was known as the Gorgon, a small-time villain who could use her "dreadlocks" (so called because they are capable of rendering victims immobile with fear), sort of tentacle-things that can take the shape of her hair, to manipulate objects not unlike Doc Ock's own tentacle arms. It's a little cliche and over the top, but it's fun. A turning point came when she nearly killed somebody, who despite everything took her in under his wing and showed her a great deal of kindness and compassion. She resolved to go from villain to hero to make him proud.

Now she works as a superhero rights activist and also runs a halfway house for troubled youth/former villains looking to turn over a new leaf. Oh, and she volunteers as a mentor at a local high school. Oh, and she works a late-night crisis hotline several nights a week. AND she spends some nights going out to stop trouble caused by villains and hopefully convince a few of them to give up the bad life. AND she has a day job.

Needless to say, she doesn't sleep much.
