My friend Megs won and so her characters were featured, and of course I had to illustrate them because she's nice and she's SO good at character design. Of course, I've severely simplified the designs because I'm not very good at drawing elaborate costumes, but I tried my best. These two are sisters but don't know it. The ninja is sneaking up to assassinate the other, who is studying magic very hard for school. I tried a totally new coloring style with this, and attempted to focus on light sources like never before. I didn't quite succeed, but I learned a lot. Pencil sketch inked, scanned, and colored with photoshop.
