You should upload some of your work on paper, with pencils or ink or something, if you have any (guess you're not THAT dependant of Photoshop).

The faces of your characters are much too simple to match the rest of your work there are no details in them and that kind of ruins it.
But the rest of your stuffs really great just work a little bit more on their faces and make them more like the rest of your stuff and it's going to rule.
