That is a dangerous place you have here... all those ladies who are dangerous themselves or have mates who know their way with swords and the like. And you have no chance to get off them because your artwork needs to be watched with patience to really get the spirit. You do have talent and from one to the next you are steadily improving your skills. I think i´ll be back from time to time to see what new levels you have reached. For now, i thank you for the good time i had in here 2

:-) Spiros Fon Kourtakis replies: "Only the man that has great abilities and powerful skills can have a worthily woman. So polish your armor, sharpen your sword, reinforce your shield and prepare yourself for this Challenge.
...or wait and check my gallery for more vulnerable girls!!!"

Very interesting gallery, especially your work on the skin of the "Ladies" is really good.
Only thing I would recommend to practise on are the proportions, some of your girls got some pretty broad shoulders ^^

Keep it up, really cool stuff ’round here!

:-) Spiros Fon Kourtakis replies: "Thanks Clemems for your constructive comment. I like this designation "Fantasy Pinups". About the proportions it was a problem to my early period I believe right now I have overwhelm it as you can see in my latest pieces."

I’m really impressed with your gallery. You do a good job of working with difficult poses, and your color work is good.

:-) Spiros Fon Kourtakis replies: "Thank you Michael for your positive comment. The good pose created from the good reference and believe me I try hard to find each time a good reference that also inspired me for an art work."

Hi Spiros,

To give some advise: mind the proportions, especially arms and legs. Indeed you improved that a lot in your later pictures. The faces you draw are often very good. The problem with digital pieces is that they should be almost perfect for viewers to be completely satisfied. It sounds strange maybe but for the human eye traditional art can have more errors. I tried digital art but I am way to lazy for it. (And they did not look good at all these digital pieces of mine possibly exactly because of the reason that digital art has different standards than traditional art). Maybe give the girls some more clothes. But hey, as a man I can perfectly understand what you are drawing 2

:-) Spiros Fon Kourtakis replies: "Thanks Maarten for stopping by and left your comments here. Your thoughts about my gallery are very interesting. About the digital art I think its not the media but the way you feel the media. Personally I have a problem with my eyes I confuse the tones of red and green but with digital painting I have an opportunity to overwhelm this problem and this make me to draw again after 20 years."

you art work is very beautiful. i have a question, can you draw men?

:-) Spiros Fon Kourtakis replies: "Thanks for stopping by Alice. I can draw men as you can see in my "Beware Of The Dragons", but these days I want to explore the female form."

Geia sou Spiro. Please give us more! I like your style it reminds me of D&D, 80’s something and early adventure games for some reason. Especially beware of the dragons could be a cover for a game or some sort. Keep up and give us more!

:-) Spiros Fon Kourtakis replies: "I am a little bit tired and busy these days. But as soon as possible I will unleash my pen again!!!"

Wonderful works here, I like that your style is fantasy meets pin-ups. Very cool, I should learn to draw more realistically like you do here! Excellent work! *hugs*

:-) Spiros Fon Kourtakis replies: "Thank you very much Therese for your lovely comment!!!"
