A Succubus try to escape from a prison. She was inprisoned in a nearby cell but she has managed to seduce her guard and she has taken his sword. Now she tries to find the exit.

This is my first attempt to draw in photoshop. Original Size A4. Finished on 08 Nov 2007.

Thank you Spiros for the comment you left for one of my piece. At the time I did the painting (many years ago) I had no idea what a succubus was. It wasn’t until people started commenting that I discovered this. The painting of yours is well executed. I can see that you are getting quite comfortable with your chosen medium (oil). I would really like to see what you can do in the many years thats to come. Keep this progress up and I think you’ll be great12

The description says; succubus in oil but it looks like a digital painting? I like her hair do, did you use some reference when drawing it? I really like her wings and the placement of them on her back, they look convincing. Good work.

About "oil" is not the medium that is obvious digital painting but the original photo reference it was a model covered in oil for that reason the body has strong shines so I had the "funny?" idea to named this work as "Succubus In Oil". "

You know the only thing I don’t like are the bricks. They look a little like plastic. But it’s all part of the old learning curve.
