Hey we have the same name lol!!! well i just wanted to say your horses are looking good but i think u could do better ...im 14 and im crazy about horses and i draw them too and ... no offence or anything but i think u can do better like as u now im only 14 and i can draw horses realy good, my art has been to the art gallery of ontario !! soo if you want some tips just ask!

I prefer to learn through observation and that, for instance, I haven't taken any art lessons, I'm self taught. So, though I may not have had any art up in galleries, I can safely say I'm doing pretty well considering. Anyway, thank you for your offer and I hope the drawing continues. "

Though paintings and drawings take time, I must confess that I have a longing to see some new sketches and paintings ...It's somewhat like the longing to hear a new composition or new song by a musician, whose music you have long loved . I realize that your probably busy these days--especially since you are also a writer .

Hirelin is especially amazing --perhaps , in time there could be more sketches of her .

I left a new message in the message thread for the artwork titled 'Vampire Kit Aville ' .

I hope all is well with you . I hope that computer problems and and other situations have not caused you to feel dispirited or depressed ....

I have yet to find the adjective that fully describes what a remarkable artist you are--or what a remarkable person you are . I'd like to coin a whole new adjective --for that purpose !

I must confess that again I look forward with anticipation to new art (when you get the chance). Just last year on this very date of December 31, I had posted a message from my neighbor across the way Joan's house ...declaring the awe I felt towards the painting of the android Valeen .

It was just last autumn of last year: 2004--I dicovered your painting of Ursela: The Mermaid ! She is still beautiful as ever . Maybe eventually there could be another sketch of Hirelin : my favorite character .

I'm not ready for the year 2006 . I'd like to set up an international toll free 1-800 number to cancel 2006 . This present decade is too fast and noisy !

I hope all is well with you and that you had a blessed Christmas . I miss you .

I dont know what your religion is girl, but you are so far from correct about magick, that if the world was in fact flat youd fall off. I am a practicing pagan. Have been for 25 years. Magick is only evil if its user intends for it to be. Its not the Witchcraft that is evil. My all time favorite quote, is "Life is only what you make it to be." It is all in how are why it is used to begin with. Or how or why it is intended. So just to let you know... All of us kind hearted, free spirited pagans that have read your passage from above were offended, and our feelings hurt for no feesible cause. I hope that you do a little more research next time before making an insulting remark as such again. Blessings Bestowed

Katie ´Shaden´ Anderson replies: "Here we go again. Now normally, I'd delete such comments, but not this time. You have actually misread what I have said in my bio. What I am actually refering to as evil is in fact the evil magic in my fantasy art and my novel known as Vileurn. The only referance I have made to actually reality is this 'I do not endorse or support witchcraft'. I have had to put this for a number of reasons but the only reason I am giving right now is because of the magic depicted in my art and my writing and sometimes because of the way I dress people have thought I was pagan and naturally I have to correct that because it simply ain't true. So the next time you jump on me, why don't you re-read it and get your facts right? This is all I'm saying for now. Elfwood is not a place of debate or anything like that. It's for discussion of art. And if there are pagans who are offended by what I've said, then you're overreacting. I have never said they are less kind less beautiful people. I don't look down on others or think less of them regardless of what religion, faith, coloured skin, job, class, or country they are/in. That includes pagans. Nothing more needs to be said."

I’ve missed you a lot. That computer malfunction you mentioned has apparently kept us from corresponding. I don’t know if you’lll see this present message since I don’t know how often you get to the elfwood page recently , but I want you to know that I miss you a lot. You are still very much my muse . You are a precious beautiful , child of the Creator and I hope that your beautiful artwork continues always . Shine onwards .
