The ear always begins by the nose wing and ends (if you draw a human ear) by the hight of the eyes. also here for head is to flat, the same by the nose to the lips its almost one line. Try to add different levels by that. It would be for a human, but she is obviously not a human, and I like her ears positioned like that above those high cheeckbones.
