Ah, Your work is very nice! I'm struggling with animè hair, in general, and the hi-lites in it. Could you please give me some tipes? p.s. I love your Heero pics! Heero KAWAI'I!!

2 Shannon Marie Courser replies: "I'm glad you enjoy my artwork!! Advice?? O.o?... Ummm.... hmm... lemme see here. I usually notice that anime hair is better in clumps, if you know what I mean. No little hair lines at the end of the hair or whatever. I hope you know what I'm talking about. I usually like to do my highlights going in whatever direction the hair is going. I make it flow similiar to the hair lines, and it's usually vertical for me. Others make an exception though, and do highlights in a sort of block style, like the artwork for Escaflowne. Whatever the case, know where your lightsource is and have the highlights focus there more, and the shadows farthest from the lightsource. Shadows are important too btw, cuz they make the highlights more noticable. I hope that helps somewhat... ^.^ I can't stand it when you ask someone for advice and they never write back to you... once again, thanks for enjoying my art!"

It's so weird that you and I have the same name... though, I bet you weren't born in Ireland. Great art, I love it! I loved 'Kissed by a Rose' the best, though. Thanks for submitting it, and no I am not a member, and can't be cause I'm only frickin thirteen. Damnit...

i love your work. Can you do Stargate Atlantis in manga style, like the chibi ones? I think Sheppard will look amazing in that style (well i love him in any style)
