That's a very nice dragon's head! I love the colours. This is just my opinion, but I think I wider mouth would make him look more threatening and scarier... But that's just my 2 cents. *1.4 cents American* and just take that with a grain of salt. I think its lovely, really!

1 Shelby Blair replies: "I think his mouth used to be wider, but it got messed up while I was coloring... I'll be sure to see how that looks! Thanks for the idea!"

*first comment sword-dance* thankyou for commenting on my page! You've got an excellent gallery here. This is an amazing dragon head, you've got a real talent for drawing dragons. Well done!

There's something ceratopic about the skull. The lower jaw is bigger, and the horn(s) stretching back over the neck are longer, but apart from that it seems very styrachosaurian (or maybe more like a monoclonius). Then there's the ear of course.
The comparison is, of course, a compliment, since it means that the head seems well proportioned and believable.
Fioriaz should be careful in case of battle, though. Some of those ear-rings look like they could get torn off with unpleasant results. 12
What's that on the end of the horn that's reaching back?

22 Shelby Blair replies: "I used to think I was smart!! Hehe, thanks for the wonderful analysis! I never think of any of that, I just try to make it look... right. And as for the earrings and the thing on his horn, he is a king, so of course he needs to look nice. This isn't his battle garb, he would take out the earrings and take off the ornament and don a feathered headdress or something of the like. I'll put a nice battle picture up when I get around to making one! 12 Thanks for the comment!"

I agree with Wendy, the ridge above the eye is really cool!

I especially like the eye and the ridge right above the eye. It looks good so far...

1 Shelby Blair replies: "Thank you! That's the only part that's close to being finished... hopefully the whole thing will be as completed as the ridge! Thank you for commenting!"

It's cool- really cool. and I love the earings, despite what some might say.

2 Shelby Blair replies: "Hehe earrings are the coolest! Thanks for sticking up for me! XD"

This guy has a buff looking head. Man, looks like a king that sits on his buns for a long time. Then gets up one day, picks up a sword, puts on the battle armor and just busts out.

14 Shelby Blair replies: "Fo sho. Glad you like! Thanks for all the comments!"
