Mosaic fragments of memory

and slivers of thought

illuminate

against a backdrop of white.

Breathing to life, becoming

brilliant sparks of color glass

bursting

through the mundane numbness.

Every swirl a tendril of magic

a flurry of anticipation

overwhelming

within the depths of imagination....

when I think

of you.
