Well, I don't like to expect much from people, because I feel really strongly about making the world a better place, and I need to believe that people are good, decent souls. The Internet has been trying to kill that belief for four-odd years now, but I'm very persistent... Who the hell am I kidding? I'm a 14-year-old American brat who likes to think that he's worth something, globally speaking, and who draws for s---- and giggles. (There. Happy, moderators?) Happy Birthday. You just found something original. The scanner's at my dad's house, and I go there every other weekend. Expect punctuality. If you don't get punctuality, complain.
Interests
Let's see. I like well-written science fiction, good music, good chocolate, anime, manga, YAOI, swords, my girlfriend, and Javascript.
And coffee.

Favorite Fantasy/Scifi Movies and TV Shows
I like Train Man, Star Wars, and Spaceballs, and I don't watch television. Eureka is pretty fun though, I watch it on Hulu.
Favorite Fantasy/Scifi Books
Tamora Pierce's works, the Drizzt Do'Urden series, Pseudo-City, anything about the Unseelie and Sidhe, and time-travel books. I read fanfiction for the eyerape.
Favorite Music
Grateful Dead, Three Day's Grace, Three Legged Torso, Pink Martini, Bach, Pachelbel, Chardis (the piece, not the composer), Heart, John Lennon, and the Pixies. |

I see you have no art here yet, but you have some time to go before you’re a legal adult, so that’s a lot of apologizing I get to be entertained by.  You never dropped by my page to complain, so I’m hoping you enjoyed Black Jack. If you did, I have links to a few more great comics on my profile, most of which are funny, because I tend to prefer humorous webcomics - it can be annoying to read a drama at a page per week...
Oh! Time Travel - I’m reading a cool webcomic, Magellan, which uses it as a major plot point. I’m not generally a fan of TT stories, because they are hard to do well, though about a month ago a read a book by Stirling, Island in the Sea of Time, that I thought was well done. It’s not so much a TT story, though, as a "we’ve somehow been shoved back in time, so now what?" story, and I like survival themes. Have you read Heinlein’s TT stories? | |
