I disagree with your thoughts on the girl and the flower, the way the points of light shine throughout her and the flower makes it seems like a bleak, sad world is visited by a hope that is offering something beautiful.

I think you should be happy and proud of this image. It is one of my favourites on elfwood. It holds more than what is shown. I love it! Please don't ever remove it from your gallery!

I can sort of see what you mean about the girl; her arm and shoulder are rather awkward. But her face and the flower are awestriking, to coin a word, especially the outlining in white.
And of couse, the really quite breathtaking things you always do with light.

It looks so mistic, like it's a relm within it's self. i love it. the shadowing in the back round, make the flower just pop with wonder. it's beautiful. keep the great drawings (i hate calling it "work") up.
