ohhhh i want to color like that! as usual, it's lovely.
you did well with the blood concept. she really is a fountain of blood- i don't see a drop of any other substance on her. the yellow spotted throughout her clothing probably connects to blood plasma or white blood cells (which are actually pretty yellow looking). very nice job with hinted subtleties. and...she's pointing to the moon (so is her face paint.)
