some helpful critics... (I'm always glad when I hear a gppd critic about my pics, I hope you'll be too )
as Lehkonen said, work a bit on the proportions
Maybe try to draw some Manga... this helped me much to learn... then I returned to realistic drawings
and try to shade the bodies and clothes with a bit more contrast (very dark, but also use bright lights)

Keep on drawing such poses as Morrigan's... and practise, draw every time you can... thats the best way to learn fast
And I'm sure... you'll make your way to illustration!

I dont tell every one this but if you are serious about your art. Let me sugest to you. Theres a book out called drawing from the right side of the brain. Get the book and do the lessons in the book and you will see your art inprove 100%. i also did this and seen amasing inprovments. You have tons of talent and skill and off to a wonderful start. I would love to see more of your work
