However while I was 'painting' the metal for the wings, a friend came in and closed all the windows because it was winter and she wanted to read to me without freezing, and the room filled up with nail-polish fumes. When we finally opened the doors, we couldn't smell anything, but the rest of college could! Apart from the possibility of brain damage, the difficult part is keeping pieces from blowing away before you glue them down." | |

I tend to make my own cards now, using similar techniques (especially the enamelled shim). What's naive but a style? If they're good collages, try putting them up - this isn't exactly rich on detail." | |
