| 10 Oct 2000 | Foxy <the artist> | Loading...LOL! My thoughts exactly, Xiii! And the names? I looked up Gaelic/Celtic dictionaries online, found a good one, and searched it writing down any words that hit my fancy. I have long list on my computer that I pull names from when I need them. Hope that helped. | |
| 5 Nov 2000 | Ivy | Loading...hi! i really like this gryphon! totaly kewl! i've been looking all over elfwood trying to find gryphons-- so i can study them and try to draw one of my own-- your looks really great i love it! | |
| 9 Nov 2000 | Foxy <the Artist> | Loading...<smiles to Ivy> Thank you very much. I've been drawing Gryphons for many years now and only recently have they begun to look decent. All's I can say is keep trying, they'll come. | |
| 1 May 2001 | Christine E. McLeod | Loading...I like how he seems to be wearing a mask. The moon really highlights the atmosphere of the picture. His wing seems to be a little short, though. Awesome picture. | |
| 27 May 2001 | Kaluna | Loading...By the way, I love the way you did the head | |
| 27 May 2001 | Kaluna | Loading...Great work, I have to agree with Christine E. McLeod on the wings, but that might just be because of the shadowing. I can't draw a gryphon for the life of me. They always turn out wrong | |
| 8 Jun 2001 | Jennie Lynn Brass, A.K.A Foxy | Loading...<chuckles> Give me a break, Guys! That was one of the first pics I did way back in '00 with a scanner program called Photoimpact. No layers, no cool tools... yeah, annoying to the tee! Anyway, It was drawn direct with a mouse and I sorta ran out of wing room <cheesey-sheepish grin> Oh well... long shory stort--err, long story short, yes I know the wing got crimped, but it didn't happen next time! The next pic was Doinionn. He turned out alright. The moral is--keep drawing, you learn about things you screwed up last time. | |
