| 25 Jun 2007 |  Jonas Stenius | Loading... Hi there! I thought I'd return the favour of commenting on pictures. You left some nice comments and I've tried to leave some useful ones myself. Incidently, I absentmindedly left two comments on one picture. It seems I was here before and left some comments and forgot about it. Sorry. The new comment has some new points though, so I hope it didn't hurt. Overall your pictures are missing strong colours, shadows and action. I think you could gain alot by improving this. Mind you, "action" doesn't have to be fighting, running or some such. Just put some kind of event in the picture to add life to it... to make it feel less 2 dimensional. A strong, yet descreet background could add alot to your pictures as well. I'm looking forward to see more of your work, because I really like your unicorns. It would also be nice to see something else BUT unicorns. Get out of your safe zone, and draw a garden gnome, a cute dragon or something else in your own style. Personally I'm really scared of drawing horses, because I just never seem to get them remotely right. I'm going to remedy that though. Keep up the good work! | |
